Application Support Management is a course teaching students how to implement corporate software management and support services for an organization's clients. This course prepares students to join Business Support Management & Analysis teams that evaluate, improve and manage applications without disrupting the client organization's current operations. This course builds on students' knowledge, experience, computational thinking skills and ITIL principles to teach them how to work across software, manage business solutions and improve business efficiencies as a consultant and engineer.
