This is our 34th event and it's one of our most special events ever. We are so excited to share two technologists turned Chefs! We will hear from both chefs who took a complete 180 in their career, why they left their previous work, and how they managed to become Executive Chef at SUGARCANE raw bar grill (Brooklyn, NY) and Chef & Owner of a restaurant business, Shuraku, in NYC. Following the talk, they will actually show how they cook the food and we get to eat the appetizers! :)
