We have seen huge demand for people looking for self improvement (e.g. confidence), to learn about a new skill (e.g. digital marketing) or how to get better at their current job (Excel or presentation skills) to people searching for their vocation (dog grooming to forensic psychology!)
Our learners have the opportunity to learn about these new skills through online courses created by subject matter experts. They gain access to an exclusive community of learners, and the opportunity to certify their new skills.
Our experts have the opportunity to monetise their expertise through charging learners for their courses, based on their level of experience and the length and quality of their course.
As a Business Development Associate you will manage a portfolio of subject matter experts to expand our course offering in our target areas.
You will be able to find innovative ways to uncover the next trending, high demand topic, and persuasive enough to encourage the instructors to develop the content.
You will need to be able to sell the OfCourse proposition to prospective (and existing) instructors, succinctly detailing the benefits of working with us whilst handling any objections they may raise.
This is a sales focused role so the ideal candidate will be highly motivated by delivering against targets, as well as being able to work within a team to deliver a common objective.
You will also uncover new sources of content and expertise through establishing partnerships with publishers, social media influencers, corporations, industry associations, non-profits etc.

- OTE uncapped, and based on course acquisition totals
