We are seeking skilled, motivated individuals who want to work in Customer Success at a rapidly-growing startup. While this job is focused on customer success, the small and open nature of our company means that you will be exposed to many different aspects of the business. This job is a great opportunity to gain experience with customer relations while also honing general business skills and gaining exposure to financial technology (fintech).
Given our service-based business model (and how customers pay over time), Customer Success is a crucial part of our company. We want customers to be happy with both the value that our services provide and, more broadly, the professional relationship between Ocrolus and our clients.
This role will include onboarding, support services, and basic operational work to support the business development and customer success teams.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience communicating with customers.
- Knowledge of customer service practices.
- Strong sense of professionalism.
- Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated; ability to be highly directed and managed.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.
- Willingness and eagerness to to learn how to use Zuora, a billing platform.
- Experienced in Excel and Google Sheets.
