Do you enjoy establishing and building strong client relationships? Would you like to play a pivotal role in shaping our newly formed Mid-Market team?

Zocdoc is seeking an Account Manager to manage the success of our Mid-Market business! You will serve as a trusted advisor across multiple accounts to strengthen and expand our partnerships and help our clients provide a better healthcare experience for their patients. This position is for entrepreneurial self-starters with experience managing multiple accounts.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strategic relationships with existing clients by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and manage operational and commercial account strategies.
  • Prepare for and lead regular business review discussions with client project lead and decision makers/the executive team.
  • Take a proactive approach in identifying innovative partnership and product opportunities with clients.
  • Collaborate with an interdepartmental team of engineers, project managers, operations workers, and sales executives to ensure our clients are set up for success.

What you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of mid-market account management experience (ideally 50+ clients).
  • Experience with upsell/churn and contract renewals.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
