Zocdoc is seeking an Account Manager to manage the success of our Mid-Market business! You will serve as a trusted advisor across multiple accounts to strengthen and expand our partnerships and help our clients provide a better healthcare experience for their patients. This position is for entrepreneurial self-starters with experience managing multiple accounts.
What you’ll do:
- Build strategic relationships with existing clients by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and manage operational and commercial account strategies.
- Prepare for and lead regular business review discussions with client project lead and decision makers/the executive team.
- Take a proactive approach in identifying innovative partnership and product opportunities with clients.
- Collaborate with an interdepartmental team of engineers, project managers, operations workers, and sales executives to ensure our clients are set up for success.
What you'll need:
- At least 2 years of mid-market account management experience (ideally 50+ clients).
- Experience with upsell/churn and contract renewals.
- SaaS experience is a plus.
