About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic people person looking to be part of our growing food-inspired SaaS startup based in the heart of Manhattan. As a Restaurant Success Manager, your job will be to help our restaurant customers succeed by guiding them through the process of setting up our direct online ordering system, ensuring their sales increase and that they are implementing proven best practices.
You will be your restaurants' "person" — their reliable liaison who always returns phone calls and emails and sometimes drops in for a coffee and a chat. You must love a fast-paced environment, be a strong, independent thinker, be able to multitask, enjoy going the extra mile, and, of course, love food.
- Ideally, 1+ years of customer / client support experience.
- Interest in or previous experience with SaaS, technology, or startups a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort using or learning various programs.
- Creative thinker who is eager to become an industry expert — you're always striving to better advise and consult with your customers.
