McDonald’s teams up with Grubhub for food delivery in New York

New Yorkers can order a Big Mac via Grubhub now that McDonald’s has partnered with the Chicago-based online food delivery company. Chicago-based McDonald’s (NYSE: MCD) announced late Thursday that it is expanding McDelivery, a food delivery service it launched in 2017, to approximately 500 restaurants in the NYC and Tri-State Area by offering delivery through Grubhub and New York-based Seamless, which Grubhub acquired in 2013.

Before the partnerships with Grubhub and Seamless, McDelivery was primarily available through Uber Eats. McDonald’s recently also teamed up with DoorDash.
