Experienced event and technical leader with senior management roles at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, Commonwealth Games in India, Vancouver Olympics and Paralympics in Canada, and the NFL. Lenny has a track record of building and leading high-performing teams to deliver complex projects. Prior to events, Lenny successfully developed and sold meeting management software that is still in use. Lenny has a MBA from Columbia Business School.


Andrea Minkow

Experienced event operations, business development, and strategy leader. Andrea most recently was Director Production & New Business at Eventage, where she grew new business by millions and expanded internationally. Andrea has a proven history leading strategy development and execution in cross-functional teams. Prior to events Andrea served in senior policy positions in the NYC Council and the US Senate. Andrea has a MSW from Columbia.
