Maurice Laniado

Mauricio brings a unique, multi-cultural perspective to the team, having an entrepreneurial background with small business and socially responsible experience in the US, Spain, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, China and South Africa. He graduated as a student athlete from Syracuse University with a focus in Entrepreneurship and IT.

Andrew Tupper

Since founding his New York City based agency, Kern+Lead, in 2004, Andrew Tupper has collaborated with clients across industries, from fashion to finance. Past projects include clients such as Levis, Puma, BluePrint and No Mas. Remarkably, Andy helped formulate the Blue Print brand from inception to exit with brand strategy, design and 360 digital marketing. Blue Print was founded in 2007 and sold in 2013 to Hain Celestial for $80 million.
